Help Phone stuck at startup... help! T_T

Hi all. I've rooted my phone to 2.3.7 for quite awhile now.
There are instances when the phone cant detect my SIM card but it usually fixes itself when I reboot it.

However, recently, there have been a lot of errors and force shutting down of apps... and today I rebooted my phone because it cant detect my SIM card.
And now I'm stuck at the Cyanogen mod 7 startup...

I tried removing the battery and reloading it but it didnt help.
I tried plugging in to my computer (w/o battery) but it didnt help... still stuck...

Hi there! Thanks for your reply! (Sorry for replying late)
I managed to get the phone working again by selecting the Reboot option on the Recovery menu.

Sorry to ask but what do you mean by reflash? (I'm new to rooting yeah. :X)
Do you mean switching it to 2.1 and root it again?

Oh yeah though the phone seemed to be working well... I had another new problem...
I can't seemed to receive SMSes on time... For example, my friend would send me a sms at 1pm today but I would only receive it on the next day. I don't think its the problem with the mobile carrier...
