Help Phone Stuck on bootloader

Hello,
I updated my droid x to the latest patch, i dont know the exact number, but the phone prompted me to restart the phone, the following message appeared:
Boot Loader
30.04

Battery OK
OK to program
Connect USB
Data Cable

I already tried the factory reset and removed the battery several times.

My guess is that something went wrong with the update. The latest update should have changed the bootloader number (the 30.04), but since it didn't, that tells me something went wrong. So, you currently have a broken operating system. I suggest SBF'ing:

You can skip the rooting part of it unless you want to root. If you want to root, do not take the latest update. We can guide you through preventing the update if you want to go that route.
