I'v had the captivate almost three months now. I like it except for the following prolem i keep having:
The problem i'm having is the H data symbol stays on with the red/green bar. It does this even though i am not personally using any data.
The H just stays on with the red/green bar and the phone gets hot. I have had this problem twice and had to reformat each time.
When this happens i have tried disabling background data and manually force stopping everything yet the problem persists.
The only thing i can think is a virus from possibly one of the many 3rd party apps i have.
Anybody have this issue or even better a fix to it?
