Help Phone stuck on LG logo screen, can't hard reset

I downloaded an app (Clash of Clans, didn't play it though) and when I restarted my phone it was stuck on LG logo screen, I can't use it. When I tried to hard reset it, it shows android error with android lying on its back with exclamation mark. What should I do? I didn't try to boot my phone, it has USB-debugging off so I can't do anything.

If you can get into "download"mode you can use "unbrick guide" to reflash everything like new.
