Help Phone stuck on loading screen?

So my phone just randomly turned itself off today (it didn't do an update) and now when I turn it back on it just stays on a black loading screen. I've looked into it and not really found anything apart from how to factory reset data whilst turning the phone on, I've done that and I'm still getting this load screen once it turns back on. Anyone know what the problem is/could be and how I could go about trying to fix this?

Not sure what the issue could be but if you could provide some details about what device make/model you have, carrier, android version (if possible), how old the device is, etc.
Does it have a removable battery?
Have you recently downloaded any apps outside of reliable sources such as the PlayStore?
 
Yeah sure.
The phone is a Vodafone Smart 4 Turbo. The carrier? Is that just the network? (Sorry I'm not a phone expert lol) if that what it means then its GiffGaff. I've had the phone nearly 2 years, and yes I can remove the battery. Finally no I haven't downloaded anything outside of the Google PlayStore.

Whoa, no luck after a factory reset huh? :(

Hmm, now I'm wondering if there is a way to flash the firmware via some computer program.
I'd have to search around for that. If not there must be some sort of hardware glitch?

Has the device been subjected to water or dropped recently?
 
I'd have no idea about going on how to do that and no it hasn't been dropped or anything. Its been working fine since about 2 hours ago.

Yeah, me either but.... I'm searching around for some sort of guide to flash the firmware, or unbrick it, or some other way to get it going.
Just to be sure, is the device also known as the 890N? (Vodafone Smart 4 Turbo). I want to be sure that if I find something, it is for your exact model :)

I have no idea of how to use it nor it's integrity.

In order to get any device back on track, you need to be sure that the firmware exactly matches your make/model and carrier and the firmware either matches what you currently have or later versions, or in some cases you can flash earlier versions.
All I can tell you it's worth a shot if nothing else can be found unless a Vodafone shop can help you out.

Maybe someone else will see this thread and chip in.
I'm subscribed to this thread, so I'll check back and search some more later.
