Switching my phone (Samsung Galaxy Fit) on this morning, it went straight onto the Android system recovery screen and it keeps going to that when I press the power on/off or take the battery out and back in.
Looks like this:

Samsung Recovery Utils for BML
reboot system now
apply sdcard:update.zip
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
I can use the volume up/down keys to move down the list of options but can't actually select anything - enter/ok key doesn't work, or anything else. Can anyone help?
