Help Phone stucks!

Hello guys,

I'm new to all this android stuff, I just bought a samsung galaxy ace with android 2.2.1.

I noticed that sometimes (once every one or two days) when the phone is locked (screen is off), and it gets stuck when I try to unlock it :S I mean the screen doesn't light up and it just doesn't show any signs that it's alive. When I try to call it, it rings on the caller's side but the phone doesn't show anything!

When it does that I just press and hold the power button (the one on the right side of the phone) until it reboots, after the reboot, the keyboard doesn't flip horizontally when I flip the phone, so I have to reboot it again in order to fix the issue!

I'm wondering if anyone faced this issue before and if you find a fix for it!

I mean the device is perfect except for this issue
