Help Phone switches off every time I charge

I just returned my 2x today as it would switch off every time I charged it. The only way to get it to switch back on again was to remove the battery and re-insert.

This happened everytime, meaning I couldn't charge it overnight and have an alarm set for the next day.

I see on other forums people are having similar problems. Anyone here experienced this? I really hope the replacement works as I love this phone

Did you update it? It had some bugs like freezing and random switching off before updates.
Hope your new one works correctly.
