Phone thing or sim card thing

Hi again

In Settings/Call/Voicemail/Service - My carrier is greyed out. Does anyone know why this happens? Also, if I try to go into Settings/Call/Voicemail/Additional Settings, I get an error message - service unavailable.

I am trying to work out if this is something to do with my sim card or the phone. Thanks :-)
 
I really have no idea what the problem is I'm afraid with your sim working in other phones fine and other sims working in your phone. And with your model being H815 is the correct UK version so I am really baffled :confused:
