Help Phone transmit volume low?

I have been using my new hero for about a week now and during phone calls people have been telling me that they have very hard trouble hearing me speak on my phone. I have never gotten this before as i am far from soft spoken. Could my phone have a defect or possibly the transmitt volume is turned down somehow? thanks.

Is your phone brand new? Did you buy it from Sprint? Or did you get it used? If new, I would take it back to a Sprint store for replacement. I don't believe there is any adjustment for outgoing volume.

i got it used :-/ the weird thing is that some dont comment on the fact tht they cant hear me. Its a sparatic thing
