Help phone trouble

Hi.
My s3 has turned itself off and just flashes on and off withthe samsung logo sign. It happened a few week ago but managed to turn it on so I backed up all data and reset phone to factory settings. It has done it again but cant manage to turn it back on. Any help appreciated. Thank you

I had the same problem after getting the 4.3 update. I took it to a repair shop who told me the main board had most likely gone kaput. luckily my phone was still under warranty so they replaced it.
