Help Phone turns off automatically

Please help. My phone turns off automatically when charging. I had this phone for about 5 weeks now. Today was the 4th time that this happens. I am new to the smartphone thing.
What can I do fix this problem?
I have a Huawei Ascend 2.

How often do you turn it off? I notice this same problem. It gets hot after awhile. If you don't turn it off it turns itself off.
