Help Phone type keyboard on defy?

Yeh. Weird I know but wife likes using this with predictive text rather than a full qwerty keyboard.

Is this even possible on the Defy?
 
I'm not sure if there are any free apps out there after looking at AppBrain, but if you want to have a look yourself I believe the style of keyboard is called "T9 Keyboard".
