Phone update

I updated my Sony xperia arc and went to use my music as my ringtone but I selected phone ringtones and hit always use, is there any way I can undo this so that I can select my own music as my ringtone? :mad:
 
Just open your dialer and hit the Settings button. The top 1-2 choices should be "select ringtone" or something.

Is it an MP3 you want to use?
