Help Phone updates for a flash htc evo 4g?

My htc evo 4g is flash to boost mobile, well I was nervous but I press the Update PRL n it worked but should I also press the Update Profile, Htc Software Update also? I'm running MikG 3.11 rom so I wouldn't wont to update the firmware

No, do not accept the Software update, ever, when rooted.
As far as the profile, not sure.
