Phone will not fully charge??

[cushphil]

Hi all, I recently bought me and my wife an Aria each and my wifes one will not ever fully charge no matter how long it is plugged in. Its not a battery fault as I swapped batteries and still the same. Any ideas as to the prob and soulution? It is running 2.2. Cheers all.

Faulty charger, AC outlet?

Or maybe it's some kind of battery-protection system embeded into the device.

I would take the phone back and request a replacement. They may even know how to correct the problem.
