Yesterday evening when I was texting on the keyboard it would skip to email when I pressed "e" and other things when I pressed some other buttons, etc. However, when I texted using the screen it was fine. I think this has happened to me before so I decided that I would just shut off my phone and then restart it. (The battery was just under 40%). However, it would not restart after I shut it off. I tried doing the hard reset using down volume button and the power button, but the screen didn't change at all. I took the battery out and put it back in multiple times. I didn't get my phone wet. When I plugged in my phone, the light didn't turn on at all. I used the charger on another device and the charger was fine. I let me phone sit overnight, not plugged in, and then I did all the things I did the night previously over again. However, nothing changed.
