phone will not turn on

Samsung galaxy victory will not turn on have tried new battery.
 
Same problem here.

I can enter download mode but stupid windows 7 64bit don't want to install proper drivers, it shows as QHSUSB_DLOAD with classic yellow triangle. Cant seem to do anything to make it install drivers. I've tried Samsung keis program and searched all over BEFORE this post. I could fix it if only Odin would recognize it. PLEASE HELP
