Phone wiped after unlocking bootloader

Hey there,
Yesterday I wanted to root my Motorola Moto G 1st gen and it went horribly wrong, to be honest.
I informed myself a bit about a backup, but didn't that I would need it....
Turns out to be wrong, after I unlocked the boot loader my whole phone was wiped!

Is there anyway I can get my personal data back?
Every help is appeciated!!!

Unfortunately, wiping your device is indeed part of the unlocking process (it's a security feature to make sure that anyone that "finds" your unattended device cannot get to any of your data).

Unless you have a backup of some kind there's not much that can be done I'm afraid :(.
