Help Phone won't charge in car

I have tried three different car chargers including this one that is supposed to be specifically for the 5. None will charge it. I checked my lighter and fuses and all is ok. Then I used an inverter. It works with that from the same receptacle. What is going on? Any ideas here. I used the stock charger with the inverter if that helps any.

I'm guessing but try a different USB lead - it could be that thats faulty.
