phone wont charge

Hello I have a samsung galaxy s3. Ive had it well over 2 years and had no promblems with it until today. I went to charge my phone it was on 20% but wen I looked an hour later it was still the same even though the light was red and it was saying it was charging in the battery. I then turnt my phone of switched back on and it was up to 63% but still werent charging so again I turnt phone off and took battery out blew all inside, switcged phone back on and charge was saying 20% again. If anyone could help me I would be very grateful.

In 1 hour, a battery down to 20% isn't going to charge very much. Leave it on the charger for at least 5-6 hours with the [hone turned off. Then you should see some change.
