Im desperate for help...I'm new here, sorry if this question is in the wrong place...I have a problem with getting connected to the wi-fi at my day job. I have a brand new(3 days old) Alcatel One Touch Pop Icon Mega. It will not detect the wi-fi. When I search for the connection I get a message that says "Press the wi-fi protected setup button on your router. It may be called WPS or contain this symbol(its a swirly symbol)."...Well, I have a WPS button and when I do this and it goes through the process and then I get a message that says "WPS failed. Please try again in a few minutes." I've tried numerous times to no avail. I don't know where to go from here. All the other employees are connected and I also have clients come in and use the internet. I've tried to type in the connection name and it tells me it's "out of range"...I sit on top of the router. Im at a loss, help. I will also add that I went to my night job last night and the connection came right up, I typed in the password and connected right up. I've had no problems other than this specific location.
