Help Phone wont hard reset, and after wiping data is still giving me issues

This is my first post, so thank you to whoever replies.
Anyways, today while sitting in my pocket my phone decided to try to enter the lock code over 20 times, and I cannot for the life of me remember the gmail account i registered with the phone. I wiped the data on my phone but it is still asking for my username and password.

If ANYONE knows a more extreme reset option I will do it, I need to be able to access my phone (and realize how this sounds sketchy but for the love of the internet I hope someone believes my shitty ass story)

just go to gmail on computer and reset password. U cant do anything with this phone without ur gmail. U might have to just make a new account.

or try calling ur provider and see if they will give it to u.
