My phone will not mount to my ps3 it's a Android ZTE. Anyway to fix or not gonna happen?

What are you trying to mount it as? Android has used MTP for USB transfers for several years now. If a PS3 can handle MTP devices then you have a good chance. If you are hoping to mount it as USB mass storage then you are out of luck. If it's some other protocol you are after then we'll need to know which in order to answer (may depend on phone model too).
