phone wont respnd

I have a Lg Optimus G e970 and its not responding and wont turn on..... and when its on the charger the power button is not flashing red...

Sounds like a major hardware issue. Bring/send it in for repair or replacement. (Are you sure the charger is working [try it in some other device] and that it's plugged into a live outlet?)
