Help phone won't ring

I just purchased the lg optimus c and when ever i get a call it only viberates, it won't make a noise. I have the ringer volume on the loudest it can be and the phone is in the loud setting. I have shut it off and taken the battery out mult times.

Also, I was wondering if I upgrade my mem card will i quit having issues with the phone memory being full?

Hey there... I have noted my phone memory getting filled with apps and there is a 'move to sd card' option .. if memory serves (pardon the pun) go to settings and find it under some sort of app management category....
