Phone won't ring.

My brand new Samsung galaxy s4 won't ring.

I've done all the obvious things, and checked all the volume and call settings etc. Everything is fine. The sounds for messages/emails etc work just fine, but all incoming calls go straight to messagebank and the phone won't even ring.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Given the phone is brand new, I think I'd take it back to where you bought it and make it their problem ..

Just be sure to remove any personal information before you do that as hopefully they'll just exchange the phone for you - a factory reset is probably the safest option.
