Help Phone won't save number

I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem and knew how to fix it.

I bought my sister in law a droid 2 global and when I went to change the number in my phone book, it won't save her number.

It will allow me to save and exit, but after I leave the contacts, it deletes the number.

Probably because your post is imprecisely worded. I had to read it again after reading your second post to double check what you had written. I suggest you restate your problem in a new post in the right forum for your Galaxy.

I just assumed it was an android issue

You could try changing the contact on your computer at contacts.google.com and see if it pushes it to the phone. You could also clear the data for contacts storage, which will delete your contacts entirely, but if you've synced your google account, they'll be pushed back to your phone.
