Help Phone wont start up

Newbie
After formatting system with xrecovery because my phone kept freezing my phone won't start up at all now. I have an x10a with 2.1 eminence running right now. The only thing that comes up is sony ericsson on startup in the white letters, and i cant access xrecovery anymore. What is the best custom ROM out right now either 2.2 or 2.1 and how about would i do the install because i cannot enter xrecovery

Make sure you have SEUS downloaded and installed.

Reflash the whole thing.

It will take you through it....turning the phone on with the back button held in while plugged into your PC.

Then once you have the default setup again....reroot and try again.

I am using BlueSparks v5....but I think there are better roms...no complaints except that this ROM isn't as stripped down as it could be. But it has everything I need.
 
wait it found it now, but it says phone is up to date so i forget how to install a software from your desktop into seus?
