Help Phone wont start up

Hi!
SO this morning my phone froze up, so I pulled the battery and when I turned it back on it got stuck on the M screen. I have tried to get the Bootloader, but what I am getting says it's the bootloader but I can't do anything from there. I would really love any help or suggestions you can give.

Pull the battery and leave it out for at least 5 minutes, and see if it resets itself.

If not, we may have to walk you through flashing replacement software to get it working again.

Let us know, and we'll proceed from there.
