phone wont start

how do i get my samsung s3 to get past the t-mobile start up screen after i reset it

My phone keeps flickering, then freezes , turns off then batterie dead when it is full hope you can help .

Sounds like a hardware issue to me. Your best bet would be to probably contact the manufacturer or carrier store for some possibilities on getting a replacement.
