I just got a new HTC One XL off ebay, charged it up, it worked fine. It has an older version of Android and HTC running on it. When I installed Chrome and went to open it, my phone shut off. If I hold the power and volume down button, it comes on, shows the HTC white screen, then my home screen, then shuts off after a few seconds. I can see that it's got plenty of charge.
Is there anything I should try, or should I just send it back?
