Help Phone wont turn on? Simple fix

So i killed my battery today......

wouldn't charge with 3 chargers over the course of 5 hours and 2 batteries...

pulled sim card, put battery in no sim, and viola'!

i dont understand why yet, but thought this might help rooted custom rom folks that cant go running to warranty department like me! lol.
