It just stays on the Samsung screen?
Then there are 2 things you can do (Both will factory reset the phone):
(Easiest Way)
-Boot to Recovery (Phone off> Press Volume down, Power, and Voice button [Under Power] then release the buttons when its turns on
-Scroll Down to Advance Options [Scroll With Volume Buttons]
-Then press the menu button
-Then click [Menu Button] on Wipe/Factory Reset
-Then Press Home
- When its done press back
-Reboot Options
-Reboot to System
This should work most of the time, if it doesn't then then do this:
-Download SWUpgrade, if you don't have it [
Login] [You might need to make an account on SDX] [Reboot your PC when it's done]
-Download download Vampirefo's Kernel [if you want root] [
kernel_recovery.tar]
or Stock Kernel [
Unlimited free file storage and free file hosting]
-Place the downloaded file in C:\Program Files\Samsung Electronics\SWUpgrade\Models\Binary
(WARNING MAKE SURE NOTHING IS IN THIS FOLDER BESIDES THE FILE YOU DOWNLOADED)
-Open SWUpgrade
-Follow on screen instructions, make sure you have the driver for the phone.
