how can i install my android incredible 2 to my computer without having an installation disk?

I'm wondering if by "..install to my computer.." you mean passing files from/to your device and computer.
If that's what you mean, just attach your USB cable (charging cable) from your device to the PC, then when prompted, select "files..etc" or what the wording is for the choice other than "charge only."
You'll then in a few seconds see the "view files" prompt on your computer screen. Your phone will be seen by the computer as a drive.
If you mean something else, let us know and we'll be better able to help you.
