when someone calls me it goes straight to voicemail. Even when my phone is switched on it goes straight to voicemail. when i go on my call list the number is there who rang me. can u help me.

First thing to check is that 'Call Forwarding' is not activated. Go the your phone app, then settings and check to see. On my HTC One, I can set it so that all calls are automatically sent to voicemail by changing the 'Call forwarding' settings.

I would also check that your ringer volume isn't silenced, and that the contacts ringtone isn't set to silent.
