to dial out is the sreen a touch tone with key pad or a key pad you have to press numbers?

It's a number pad that sends touchtones when you're not dialing (like for voicemail services). For dialing, the number is sent digitally (not pulse - it's encoded in the data packet that the phone sends to the tower). But for the user it's just like a touchtone pad - dial the numbers like you would on any phone.
