Phonebook issue

I have a Moyto x cell phone and my 2013 Chrysler 300 is not down loading my phone book. Can you assist me with this issue.
 
Not all phones and all cars are compatible. There are just some combinations that don't work. "Bluetooth" in a car doesn't mean it'll work with every cellphone.
