Thank You..... Can anyone direct me to where I can get support for an RCA Viking 10 Pro? It seems like support has gone missing as RCA is happy with selling a faulty, poorly planned tablet that has all kinds of issues and no help to get one working again. I hate to throw away over a hundred-dollar purchase but if it is not working what else can I do? I was hoping to get some help on here since it is an Android operating system, maybe there is hope.

FYI the actual RCA (Radio Corporation of America aka Rugs, Chickens & Automobiles) company ceased to exist in the late '80s. The "RCA" brand is now owned by Vantiva SA (formerly Technicolor, formerly Thomson), who just licenses it out to anyone who wishes to use the brand for whatever cheap products from China. Unlike say Samsung or Apple.

Which tablet did you order?
An Android 12 10-1 from "Riceland" off of Amazon to use in my shop so, I didn't want to spend a bunch. This one has all kinds of features and accessories, so nothing to lose. Hopefully.lol
