Photo Editing App

Since android does not offer instagram, I am looking for a photo editing app that is similar (one where I can use photos that are already in my library and upload to twitter). I have downloaded mytubo, and streamzoo but do not know which one to keep. I only want to have one on my phone so I would like to uninstall whichever one I decide not to use. Has anyone used any of these three applications and have an opinion on which I should keep?

PicSay Pro has a lot of "effects", easy to resize and add text.

Canvas is more Photoshop like, I use it mostly for transparent icons, since it saves the transparent layer.

Lightbox. Its got an app, and works a lot like instagram. You take a pic, share it with lightbox, apply effects, choose to where to upload it apart from lightbox.com (choose from facebook, twitter, tumblr, etc), then its good to go.
