Help Photo Gallery Issues!!! Please help!

Im at my wits end here. I have the Samsung Galaxy Indulge from Metro PCS and it was working just fine until all of a sudden one day my gallery shows that I have zero pictures which is not the case at all. I have a SD card and all my pictures are on there in the root camera folder in the DCIM folder. Still my gallery shows NOTHING!

Ive reset to factory settings and was just about to go ahead and re format the SD but Im scared silly that Im going to ruin it even more. Please help!

just hold down the home button and open task manager and force quit gallery. it used to happen to me too. until i put in a rom.

This is what I do too. It still happens to me sometimes even with custom rom.
