Photo/image browser app?

[pebkac]

I have a Desire with 2.2 and the stock Gallery app (not sure if that's an Android or HTC app).

The app is fine, except for one incredibly stupid thing: whenever it starts up, it starts at the oldest photo. Naturally, I almost always want to use the last photo I took, and that means a long and tedious process of swiping through every single one until I get to the end. Of course, as I take more photos, the problem gets worse.

I can't find any setting to make it show the most recent first, so is there any other app out there which shows the latest first and can act as a seamless replacement for Gallery?

Cheers

Check out QuickPic

Its the only usable Photo browsing app out there at the moment.

QuickPic is the best! You could also check out JustPictures...

Fishbowl is good too, but I swear battery is an issue with it.

Just Pictures just always too slow for me. Never quick. Stock Gallery seems to be best overall for me and plays Gif images!

+1 for JustPictures, truly awesome! (Not just camera and internal pics, links to Facebook, Flickr, etc. to display those as well, just like they were on your phone. )
