Unfortunately, I am not a facebook user, and no longer own an S3, so I am not sure how to help you, but I am sure you will find several helpful people who know how to resolve this problem in the S3 forum.

Hey Jano, welcome to our forums. We're all friends here taking care of eachtothers problems.
Altough it seems to be a general settings thing, please when you post your problem there, include the name of the app that you're using for Facebook. And please mention whether it makes any difference if you're on wifi or 3/4G?
