Help Photo Transfer Problem

I downloaded the file transfer app several months ago. It has worked wonderfully for me...until today.

I plugged in my Samsung Galaxy S III like I usually do, but I cannot see any of my camera pictures. None of the pics show. Only the pics that I have downloaded TO my camera.

I deleted the app from my Mac and re-downloaded, but that didn't work either. Anybody have any suggestions?
