How do I upload my photos from my Samsung Galaxy S4 to my PC?

Hello. For me the easiest way is to connect the S4 to your pc via the usb charging/data cable. You will need to set the phone to a not charge mode (found in your settings) When connected to your pc you can use it's local file browser to peruse your phone's files.
Finding the pictures you want to move or copy to your pc... and drag them to the folder of your choice on your pc. I hope this helps.
