It could be that iTianz IT Solution Ltd. has a problem with internal communications, and bringing their employees up to speed with current company decisions.

This alone is a screaming statement EVERYONE should avoid anyway. This simply means your PIN isn't secure at all, some anonymous developer has it stored on his/her own server. If you forget your PIN and they can just send it back to you, that means they keep records of it on their end, or if there's a master over-ride PIN that's a pretty big security/privacy issue.
