Help Photo widget problem

I just tested out the photo widget (not the photo slideshow widget) and the photo I put in the widget is coming out pixelated/distored. It looks like it's compressing too much or something and looks almost blurry.

Can someone try this out and let me know if it's the same for you?

yeah it does the same for me, not as good looking as on the droid... maybe an update (froyo) will fix?
