Photobucket

The once free image posting service just reminded me all those old picture/posts here have been locked.
Bite me Photobucket. I found a new free image posting service.

I used to really love photobucked.. used them for everything...

Then they went on a massive cash grab to squeeze users for every penny they had.. so i stopped and deleted my account.

rather then post an attachment, tiny re-images photos so that they are smaller and even uses bb codes with a link to the pics.
But I can do that on any of my computers and/or devices. So I guess I'm just missing why add a 3rd-party web site into the mix, rather than just upload images from your own device. But whatever works best for anyone! :)

a few years ago... it was an easier way of putting stuff up on forums...

Then things caught up.. and @MoodyBlues is doing things the easy way.. whilst photobucket users cling to the past[/][/QUOTE]

I've always had my own domains, so when I needed to store photos and display them in a forum--when the forum didn't or couldn't take uploads--I'd put them there. I had subdirectories named by site, like IMDb, so I'd later know what those particular photos were for.
