Help Photon 4G wont accept new phone contacts --Help??

Ahh ,1 month old and my Photon 4G wont accept new contacts on
the phone. Spoke to tech support and I have to go
to a store to see what the problem is ..And I am past the thirty day SAFE
period Has anyone had this problem.???.. Yes I have The insurance but come on,,,, Phone is 30 days old. so what now?? will they give me a reconditioned phone- this is what I heard""" now,,, OR a new one??

Most likely they'll do a factory reset. It sounds more like a software glitch than a hardware one.
