Help Photon battery behaving erratically.

Suddenly, my Photon battery is behaving strangely. Last month, after about a year of use, my battery life was getting shorter, so I ordered a new one. All was working great for about a month, but recently, my battery has been lasting about an hour. I would normally think I just got a bad battery, but when I go to charge it, it charges to full in about 15 minutes, and then lasts again for about an hour. That is the strange thing. Neither this battery, not any other I've owned, has behaved that way. And it wasn;t gradual - it was abrupt.

Is there a way to reset a battery?

Is your phone reading 100% when charged?
Also, is this an OEM MOTOROLA battery, or, another brand?

Yes - 100%

No - Chinese brand.

Ugh. See if you can get a stock Moto battery. Hopefully that will fix the problem. Many of the "compatible" knock-offs you can find online are not OEM equivalent.

I still have the original battery & it's doing the same thing as your Chinese battery.
